酒店很好，很正规，环境挺温馨的，最主要的是卫生间干净，只是房间感觉有点小，空调的制热有问题，希望酒店维护方面注意一下了……总体很好

我总的来说一句 ，没宽带，不要这么宣传，定的时候写有 实际没有，空间也不大。墙壁脏，是特价房不错，是在厕所隔壁，墙面有污水渗透现象。请提高服务，我第二天在桐乡住的另一家 ，就比这里好很多，宽带之类的都齐全

标准大床房128 网上预订的，到店前台说没预订上 艺龙确认消息我都收到了，她居然说没预订上 。128无窗房根本没法住人 进去就被蜘蛛网缠到脚上，还有很重一股发霉的味道,照片没来得及拍实在待不了几秒钟就被熏出来了 换了158的有窗 窗靠北 勉强

房间挺大的，就是服务员态度不好，环境卫生也不好，离火车站汽车站都挺远的，订房间的时候写的有网线，等入住的时候又被告知无网线，都无语了...
