规矩的老酒店，工作人员非常热情，赠送的水果、甜点非常不错，只是空调制冷效果不是太好，房间非常干净，比想象中好了很多，大力推荐！

这是我第一次预订这家酒店，订的是豪华双人房，入住时前台主动给我升级为商务双人房。卫生间干净，洗澡的水流大，水温稳定。赠送水果并附带水果刀，很贴心。整家酒店的工作人员服务态度非常好，下出租车时帮开门，还用手挡着以防客人的头碰车。一进酒店大门就有工作人员帮忙拿行李，不过我们还是坚持了自己拿。在这种酒店价格下，这种服务水平算是非常高。总的来说，这家酒店就是性价比高。

赶上五一节，晚上很晚办理入住的人都非常多，前台服务态度很好，房间也不错，毕竟是老牌星级酒店！非常满意的入住！

在桐乡，该酒店是相当不错的选择，地段很好，设施也不差。正好在k282的路线上，坐车很方便。早餐不错，服务也很好。客房的无线信号也很强。唯一不足的一点就是标准间房间有点小，装修也是十年前的装修，没有新开酒店那么明亮。
