非常棒的酒店。位置在火山红酒庄里，离葡萄沟景区开车20分钟即到。周围加油站也很多。设施新，房间也大，要吐槽的是空调不凉，吐鲁番这么热的天气空调必不可少。早餐一般般，凑合吃。

非常满意的一家酒店 是葡萄酒庄园的风格 酒店的服务人员态度非常热情 酒店里还有酒桶房间很有情调 还可以户外烧烤 唯一不足的地方就是洗漱用品没有护发素

酒店外观像欧式城堡，整体庄重典雅大气。大厅展示着各类红酒，玲琅满目。房间设施完善，卫生干净整洁，床品舒适。床头一张沙漠骆驼的照片仿佛置身于那久远的丝绸之路，驼铃声声。下次再来还会入住！

好到无以复加！所有员工都好评！服务态度服务意识都挑不出毛病，我去欧洲自驾了半年回来，在外住了半年酒店，这家排名第一！不光硬件挑不出毛病，软件也超级好，床品超舒服，洗手液，纸品，毛巾，全都是品质很好的东西，吃了个早餐回来，服务员都已经收拾打扫过房间了，而且主动还过来问有什么需要。其他所有员工都把客人当游轮或者头等舱的旅客一样服务！太棒了！
