酒店干净卫生，住宿条件很好，工作人员非常热心周到。黄金周期间入住时比约定的时间晚1小时才到达，工作人员在多次联系不到我的情况下仍为我保留了房间，办理入住时才发现，有很多游客要求入住，但已经客满，非常感激酒店人员在这种情况下仍为我保留房间。非常愉快的吐鲁番之行，下次去吐市还要入住该酒店。谢谢每一个给予我帮助的吐市人！

房间比较宽敞，地段还算离市中心比较近，附近有居民区，买东西水果什么的比较方便，就在葡萄长廊旁边。住进去后，第一个房间，电一直跳闸，换到第二个房间，喷淋头漏水，因师傅下班，将就着使用了一个晚上。服务态度还是要点赞的，就是设备有点旧。
