房内没有wifi，说是大厅有，一直上不去，之前说有的休息厅也没有，健身房也没有，都改成客房了。退房时说毛巾被我们用脏了，要扣我们押金，我们上去一看，毛巾上就有一小块污渍，是因为掉在了地上（卫生间地比较脏），拿酒店的洗发露轻轻一泡就掉了。就这样也算污染毛巾那么客房保洁是干嘛的！跟前台反映情况，前台还一通指责。

酒店位置很不错在市中心，非常方便！我住的普通标准间，硬件设施一般，房间稍微小了点。总得来说还不错，价格合理。

酒店比较老式，少数名族人特别多，前台服务态度一般，高高兴兴来到酒店，生着气走的。

强烈建议撤了这家店，我们一行6人走了四千多公里住了n家酒店这家是真是挫呀，艺龙下次对会员酒店要严格甄选，性价比失真真的会吓跑人的。
