The rooms look new and modern. The area was also clean. Good views of the park and mountain from the room. Interesting heated toilet. It would be better to have more than one elevator or more access to using the stairs to go up and down.

因为飞机晚点六小时，联系店家帮忙取消一部分订单，前台一点都没有消极对待，很快帮我解决了问题，到达之後，前台小居姑娘也非常周到热情，酒店门口就是人民公园，离红山公园也很近，总之，你好酒店是非常值得打卡的乌鲁木齐住宿。

楼层房间数量很多，要仔细看着指示牌前进。
房间跟衞浴设施很小，隔壁説话打喷嚏都听得见。
房门锁有点问题，要用力关上才卡得住不会一直叫。
窗外景色还不错，但玻璃实在很脏。
点外卖有可爱机器人，但电梯只有一部，最後小哥直接上楼。
乾衣机的滤网是见过最乾净的。
员工都会主动亲切地説你好。
有问题联系前台会派人处理。
附近有两个公园，离大巴扎也不是太远，餐厅超市也多。要求不高的话其实也挺好了～

对於经济型酒店来说，近乎完美的体验非常满意的酒店；免费自助洗衣令我非常难忘；前台服务有礼貌及主动；房间非常清洁；我有少少建议就是洗手间大门可改变为趟门这样进入房间会方便一点，如果可以加设一个小冰箱那更完美?

Simply wonderful hotel with amazing staff and beautiful rooms. The self service breakfast is also fantastic. It is possible to do the laundry there also. There are washing mashines available. Enjoy!
