  酒店交通便利，前台ann服务态度很好，很热情，酒店楼下有商场购物和吃饭都很方便，酒店也很有特色，早饭较其他康莱德更加丰盛，感谢关系部Lucy的热情回访，希望下次来能有更加好的体验，很推荐[玫瑰]。

  很漂亮的36层reception. 天气好的话能拍到天山，酒廊配色复古颜值在线，房间安静舒适，床品质量高。员工很nice也很专业，谢谢负责宾客服务的lucy提早准备好我适用的枕头和瑜伽垫，一层门僮也训练有素非常得体，不亏乌鲁木齐的酒店最高代表！

  酒店服务很不错，位置便利，去大巴扎和田二街等景点也很方便，楼下有大商场可以逛，去自治区博物馆走路就可以到，夸夸Grace的服务，很耐心细致，贴心，入住提醒房间迷你吧收费，告知Wi-Fi怎么连接，非常细致，还会再来的酒店。

  前后一共住了4个晚上，可以説此次我们感受到的乌鲁木齐的温暖，有一半以上是康莱德给的。 软件，一定是酒店服务的心脏。 我见过最优秀的礼宾部小哥哥艾力，聪明！有趣！双商在线，大有可为啊！ 还有Mark哥的健谈，给我和先生老友般的亲近之感～ 最最最感谢的，就是亲爱的Bettie??人美心善，要把我们宠成宝宝啦！ 这会儿正准备退房，坐在房间的沙发上，实话，挺不舍的，这个房型已经住得跟自家一样熟悉了。 朱女士，一定会再回“家”滴！ 感谢大家，下次见。
