前台服务特别的拽，因为人家不差顾客！每天都房满！想调换房间，明明有正在打扫的房间，好几个，被告知是给领导留的？！若不是出门在外不想惹事，真想好好较真，**你们当顾客是傻子吗？哪个领导喊出来？！超级不推荐！！出来玩不是找气受的！住的环境包括早餐包括服务都远远低于价格，还不如100多的快捷酒店。有别的选择就别选这家，到时候生一肚子气，玩的都不高兴。

入住体验极差，服务员各种故意刁难，明明有房想换房找各种理由推脱。700多的房间连快捷酒店都不如，不想找气受就别来，出来玩也不是受这群服务员气的。

非常好的酒店，服务一流，非常干净，离水世界非常近。就是香洲现在设施一般，几乎没有什么好玩的地方，感觉半天就玩够了。
