酒店泳池真心赞，六月份旅游淡季去的，酒店人很少。中餐厅的饭也很不错，就是淡季会因为人少做的量比较少。客房的无线网是真心不好，不过能观赏泳池美景也足够了。

酒店号称温泉豪华5星，实际屋内温泉早早就没有了，（吃饭回来刚过9点）。酒店院子里的温泉池水也不热，还有一群旁边小区的大爷大妈们在泡脚喧闹，口口声声说“这池子里水还没有小区里的热”。问前台，回复兴隆市温泉枯竭，每天限量供应，还告知我们可以退房转其它酒店，我想问问贵店：温泉酒店无温泉为何挂温泉牌？！如果限量供应为何预定时不提示？！半夜去问询让我们卷铺盖走人合适吗？！你们规定酒店设施外人可以与客人共享？！豪华5星酒店前台服务员就是贵店这个样子吗？！（对客人爱答不理，凶巴巴的）
