房间进去对着工地，酒店门口在施工，进出不便，但酒店硬件不错，比较新，大浴缸床品有点霉味，换了就好了，服务很好

环境优美，设施齐备，充满文化底蕴！硬件过关，但软环境--人文关怀较差，我在酒店使用咖啡杯，由于杯托固定不实，在刷杯时不慎将杯子打碎，要求更换时，服务员没有询问是否伤及客人，直接递过来一张赔偿单，使客人的心感到“很冷”！
