夜里到的，地理位置很不错，周边植被覆盖率很高，很静谧，度假村很大，前台很热情，房间略显陈旧，但隔音效果不错。一开始入住807，洗手间看见一只壁虎，淋浴间门渗水，空调开了四十分钟没有一丝冷气，打电话到前台，工作人员及时来查看，无法解决后给我们调了房间，去了隔壁的808，准备入睡的时候，发现床头两侧的插座接电口没有电。同时，电话机也无法使用，遂用手机致电前台，工作人员又及时赶来，同样也是无法解决，说让我们再换个房间试试，由于太晚了，也不想折腾了，就没换，直接睡去了。虽然说服务是可以的，但是既然该酒店把自己定义为五星级酒店，这些细节错误是不该有的，807马桶后面有壁虎、空调完全无法制冷、淋浴间渗水严重；808床头两侧的电插口没电，电话机也无法使用。这些细节我想快捷酒店也不见得会发生，总的来说，体验感很差了。希望酒店能有改善，挂牌为五星，号称国内十佳度假村酒店，各方面设备就应该达到，尤其是这些细节。
