几乎完美的一个酒店，泳池，沙滩，餐厅都不错，就是服务不算热情，尤其是对比了别的五星，这里包括部分前台，客房，餐厅的服务人员，服务不能说怠慢，貌似都很周到，只是好像心情都不是很好，在三亚海棠湾某同价位酒店，所有的服务员都是笑脸相迎，餐厅服务员住了几天熟了就跟朋友一样，这里多数人就基本上面无表情，有些高冷，既然是度假酒店，还是希望能更温暖一些，比如自助餐厅的男经理就很热情。说起温暖，房间里有电油汀好评，确实冬天很有用

人很多，中餐厅很好吃建议下午14:00办理入住，因为12:00退房，基本上14:00才能拿到房卡，住的别墅家庭房很好带老人入住，送了水果盘

比较老牌的五星酒店了，装修东南亚风格，人气旺，节假日人比较多，沙滩不错，园林和泳池比旁边的威斯汀好。

酒店还是不错，住的是联排到游泳池的房间，床很舒服，酒店专属沙滩运营的还是一般，私属游泳池水温较冷，服务挺好的，spa很不错，环境好，还有老外技师
