入住后有点失望，没有宣传的那么好，酒店设施陈旧，部分楼宇在重新装修，所以整体感觉不是很好，房间阳台外面还有鸡骨头。酒店前台服务态度是我见过的最不理想的，和其他酒店相比，希尔顿棕榈泉等前台服务好太多，希望艾美在服务上能改进。
