酒店很溅，到了酒店前台，说已经没房，要我们订1388的，说订单至今没收到确认。几十人与我们一样的客人都在前台吵，最后在前台抢了订单看，都有订单，酒店就是不办理，越来越人吵，才愿意办理，且不给原来订的房型，逼我们住单房。打电话投诉艺龙，希望协调，艺龙更溅，叫我们去前台吵。这事艺龙和酒店严重失职，良心何在。我要投诉到底

温泉就是个幌子啊～山顶的泡池大多都不开，开也就开一个小泡池只能小朋友在里面玩玩水……既然标榜的是温泉酒店，就要把泡池都开起来啊，开一个小泡池糊弄人，以后谁还来住…

还未正式开业，试业就这么贵，早餐很差，鸡蛋都很难吃。这次海南游四晚都在同程定的，就这里很差，588房费很坑啊。同程要保证质最。!!!

一开始入住时的前台小哥服务态度真是不太好??温泉要单收费，一个小池子40元，也不错！泳池水也干净～我觉得早餐也不错～整体不错～整个酒店环境真的很好～

房间不错，配套跟不上，前台就一个人员，客房服务电话也是由前台接，餐厅除了早餐可以吃其他就算了。
