部分员工没有服务意识 态度冷傲。尤其是沙滩吧的女服务员 应该是当地人。孩子着急上厕所被告知要去酒店大堂上 向我们隐瞒了沙滩吧就有厕所的事实 不知道出于什么居心！不会再光顾这个酒店了。四星配套三星服务！早餐也不好吃。总体感觉很糊涂。

看了好多评价才选择的酒店，到了酒店前台的服务生非常热情，由于定的双早，有孩子办了张会员卡，免费赠送了。但是说实话，早餐很一般，五星级酒店的早餐中是一般的，品种很少，味道也一般。酒店里服务生很少，办完入住后找房间废了很长时间，不太好找，标识也没有。房间里霉味很重，但是床很舒服。酒店的沙子很细，海浪也很小，非常适合带孩子游玩。两个孩子玩的非常高兴，第二天上午还玩了摩托艇，因为人少还给打了折扣，非常满意。退房时前台的服务态度也非常好。总之一次不错的旅行。
