最最最差的前台服务人员，手机订单都已经确认了，而前台服务员却以没收到预定部通知不给办理入住，让她跟预定部那边沟通一下得以求证，她说她们只给按照门牌价入住的客人服务，没有责任给我们催订单，之后在酒店大厅尴尬且愤怒的等待她们前台＂被动＂接收预定部的订单信息，最后入住已经近24：00，无法容忍
