住得基本上全是旅行团的人，号称4星，但房间里都没吹风机，需要前台要，但数量不多，迟点就没了，交通不方便，除非自驾，泳池温泉得另外收费。

在网上预订了酒店，到了现场告知我没房，等啊等啊，最后决定给我升级为别墅区的房间，本来是件开心的事情，结果住的地方水温温的，不够热，洗澡冷。然后就是下水道不够流畅，有积水。最让人吐槽的是酒店退担保金好慢啊，催了两次，终于退了
