之前认为连锁酒店的服务非常好，所以放心入住，到了酒店发现服务质量真差，进门我问多少钱，前台说256，我说网上218，如然后前台就推荐办会员卡，99，当时感觉网上本来就便宜干嘛要办啊，所以在网上订，不下心弄错了房型，所以想换房型，前台不愿意换，服务态度恶劣，当时就打电话给平台，平台也不能解决，要付担保金不退，这种霸王条款也就算了，主要是服务态度让我接受不了。
