第一天住房的时候前台小姑娘给我免费升级了一个房间，住着体验挺好的，结果第二天中午退房的时候一去前台有个看起来像领班的一直抱着手机玩，问她话也不回，让去旁边，不搭理我，怎么样顾客也是上帝把，我退完房在前台喝他们家的咖啡，想看会书，结果还是那个穿黑西装的女的嗓门太大，弄的大堂很吵看不进去，小姑娘长得挺好的就不注重服务了吗？总之一句话硬件设施很满意，服务有待提升
