酒店服务太差劲，因为是提前预定的，属于特价房，但是房间的灯不能用，淋浴坏了，也没法用，找前台说特价房就是这样的，不给修，也不换房间。还有我微信定的房间，以前都不需要交押金的，这次还要押金了。关键是态度不好。
