酒店很棒！我们是到青州旅游的，预定这里主要是考虑离景区很近。结果来了以后惊喜不断。服务很好，预约是七点以前到，我们是六点半到的，一个电话都没有催，而且已经提前把房卡办好了。房间很大很舒服，晚上很安静。因为在市区南边，地方稍微有点偏僻，适合有车的朋友。早餐是自助餐，样式很多，味道很棒！早上没有退房，玩完云门山又回来休息一会，才退房走人。下次还会到这里来！

酒店离城区有点距离，比较适合自驾游，没有交通工具的话会比较麻烦。酒店周边比较安静，环境较好。房间比较大，设施齐全，还送两张游泳券，但没空去消费了。早餐品种少，仅能保证吃饱，跟银座佳悦的早餐有一定的差距，希望能有改善。

一般般吧，连无线网也没有。我住过的四星级这个设施上算最一般的。价格上也不低。不过服务态度上还不错，给个中评吧，希望酒店在硬件上还要多加改进

露天游泳池，孩子们很喜欢。房间设施陈旧，特别是卫生间。马桶盖都晃了，淋浴头出水也少。
