携程上订了三个房间，下午两点到店，开放后有一间房没去看，就去办别的事情了，回来发现这个房间是没窗户的，前台説携程上订的特价房，就是没窗户的，对此回覆和处理方式我很不满意。首先，介绍里没有明确是无窗或部分无窗，即使是部分无窗，分到我了，我也认了，但是介绍里并没有。其次，标题写有电动窗帘，那么无窗何来电动窗帘一説？差评

这家酒店是第一次入住，办理入住时其实对前台人员是不满意的，但是酒店徐涛经理在得知情况后与客人积极沟通，真诚有担当。细节决定成败，一个原本失败的服务案例最终扭转为宾主尽欢，互相理解。为徐经理点赞??

真的是很棒的酒店，来潍坊出差，离办事的地方很近，离市中心有点距离，所以没那么闹，酒店装潢很好，内部环境也很好，服务也贴心，每天晚上还送两瓶酸奶
