酒店所处位置很好，交通方便，周边环境也很优美。酒店硬件设施也很上档次，入住的房间布置非常温馨，房间明亮，床具用品品质好，睡的很舒服，卫生洁具也很好，我们入住在顶层，极目远眺，将安丘一览无余。酒店的早餐非常丰富，中式、西式都有，而且价格不高。总台的服务员业务娴熟，热情体贴，想顾客所想，给人宾至如归的感觉。入住时另外一间房因朋友前晚开心酒多了，弄脏了被套、床单等用品。查房的报告后（我事前不知道）总台服务员主动帮忙与领导沟通，只收了洗涤的成本费，让人感觉很贴心。其实应该照价格赔偿的，可服务员说反正要洗涤更换，客人也不是故意的能灵活处理就灵活处理，让人感觉很暖心。另外朋友第二天发现也落下一件东西，当晚与总台联系后，就安排快递寄出了。服务真的非常好。下次有机会来安丘一定别无选择的继续入住性价比极好的安丘新东方大酒店！
