陪父母回乡探亲，每次都选择凤都，但这次以后不会了。退房的时候和我说毛巾被染发剂污染，需赔款人民币10元，当时就一愣，我和父亲住一间，我俩都不染发，何来染发剂污染？好在只要10块，也懒得和前台计较，只给了一个建议：查房的服务员碰到这种情况有没有奖励？这条毛巾别再用了，否则后面的客人可能还得赔钱。
