不好的体验，“金玉其内 败玉其中”，外观富丽堂皇，大厅也有够水准，但是房间真的达不到星级标准，设施老旧。最关键是居住得非常不舒服，热水要放很久才能有，网络也不是很快，入住的时候订的是5晚，第一晚就遇到降温，室内温度显示只有17度，房间非常冷，打开空调吹的是冷风，电话联系客房，回复3月15日就停止供暖了，不按温度高低决定是否开暖气，无奈活生生被冻感冒了，解决的方法是在给加床被或者煮点姜糖水！最后决定第二天转住对面格林豪泰了。
