前台接待退房时候，我问发票的情况，对方一脸哭丧样，反着死鱼眼一脸不耐烦的样子，让我对这个酒店一下说:拜拜了。我***也是如家酒店钻石级会员，人家那个态度，你这边虽然挂着几颗星，但态度却不如一个快捷酒店，为什么入住率越来越低，为什么生意越来越少，有的时候就是这样把客户起跑的，我们天天来寿光，以后我通知一下我们的同事，这家酒店不要来了，
