怎么说呢，全国的铂尔曼我也住过很多，但这次真是伤到骨子里了，订的房型不匹配，到店说没有了，不知是你们艺龙的问题还是酒店的问题，还是你们后台联系的问题，这就算了，然后大堂主管竟然和我在前台理论了10分钟，这不应该是这么大品牌酒店应该做的吧，所以说服务真应该学习当地的蓝海，虽说硬件可以，但酒店的星级还是要靠服务，一家没有服务好顾客的酒店硬件再好也是零！虽说最后还是升级加调了大床，但以后再来潍坊应该不会住这里了，因为有阴影了。

就是艺龙我再也不会用了。为客人的返现设置一个个陷阱：1.选酒店前要点，2.住完了要去确认，3.一年作废。
