记不清这是第几次入住圣基 反正这次是体验最差的一次 1311房间 相对来说较陈旧 卫生间地板有几块裂缝了 还反味儿 喷过清新剂也不管用 一晚上被熏醒了好几次 退房时候跟前台说了 看到前台打电话不知道跟谁反馈 住到13111的朋友们看看改善结果吧

总出差，这是我住过的最差的酒店，欺瞒消费者。酒店没窗，给前台打电话，不予解决，说是网上写着部分有窗，我特意又回到订单看一下，哪有？说是高级标准间，面积还没普标大，床更是小，具体尺寸不知道，但是常年住酒店，床是大床小床一躺就能感觉出来，翻个身，手臂整个都掉出床外。中央空调就一个挡位，声音很大，这都不重要，你倒是别光出风，倒是制冷啊，一晚上闷热死还没窗。没有提供免费饮用水，也没有直饮机。无线网更是让我无语，连上了你就啥都别想干了，网上0-30kb，基本即使死网状态。

酒店门口可以停车，跟酒店协商，提供了虹桥高铁站的接送站服务，酒店性价比极高，价格绝对对得起这个位置，老板虽然话非常少，还是比较爷们的，沟通简洁明了，下次还在这住，除了门口就是各种饭店和超市，消费不高，隔壁有个湘菜馆，环境和菜品不错，价格也超合理，追求性价比的住客首选
