因为疫情的原因吗？，前台服务也减分了，以前入住有水果酸奶，小恐龙玩偶每天送，现在都没了?? 问起来前台的长头发女孩子还理所当然的，解释也没有，好像顾客就占你便宜似的，住了这么久，没体会到应有的星级感，礼貌用语不太到位。打扫的阿姨还是很不错的，有温馨提示什么的。

诸城最好的酒店，地理位置方便，旁边就是商场，肯德基，银行。出门口就是公交车站。酒店前台对面是到青岛机场的大巴车，可以办理登机牌，非常方便。酒店房间设备齐全，有赠送的小礼物，进房间已经烧好热水，刚入住就有客房服务员送来了水果，还贴心的介绍了附近的景点。特别好的酒店了。早餐可以说非常丰盛了。酒店服务特别好，值得入住。

据说是诸城最好的酒店了，t体验了一下，服务还是很好的，自助餐也不错，品种很多，有很多人是专程来吃自助餐的。
恰逢过年，原本的房间对着广场，鞭炮放的w有些吵， 跟前台反应后立刻给更换了房间。
初三的时候楼下还安排了财神爷拍照，喜气洋洋，总之还是很用心的
