酒店位置很棒，下楼50步就是海滩，老板很热情，服务态度很好，下年还想和孩子再去，离哈工大北门很近。

出行方便，17/29起点站，共住了三晚，第一晚住标间，卫生间有味，地面全是砂，房间没有行礼柜，没有晾衣架，泳衣没地晒。老板人好，第二晚免费升级为亲子房，但房问仅一双拖鞋，仍没地方晒衣服，没空调被，仅一床薄薄的被套，建议放被子！出门即金海滩，水无比脏！一件浅兰色被污染成浅啡色！

除了对面就是金海滩看海玩水方便外就没有什么了。店主倒是很热情。有问必答。没有早餐。周围有饭店。定的是家庭房。有一张双人床和一个单人床。卫生真的很差。满屋反下水道的臭味。毛巾也脏的要死。入住两天没有人来打扫。蚊子很多。需要自带杀虫剂。客栈周围超市就可以买。有停车的地方就是在便道上。随便停。先来先占。

位置很好，但只能算是一个民宿级别的客栈吧，海景房没有中央空调，小挂机房卡一拨就停了，热的要死，要求高的旅客可能无法满足。

客栈很干净，离海边浴场很近，过了马路就是，很适合带孩子出游，离威高广场打车20元左右，下次去威海还打算住这里！
