马路对面就是海水浴场，视野好，只不过和一楼的沃德酒店比，价格一样，但是硬件设施有差距

15层的海景很棒，离海很近，装修也不错，19层接待服务人员态度也很好，评论上有顾客说卫生间反味，整个楼都有这情况，是建筑硬伤，开发商下水未做反味处理，关上漂亮的弧形卫生间门可以防范(卫生间挺大的)。。。这是我前两天的感觉，突然发现床上零星的有像虱子的小虫，客服很积极的换了床品(床单下真脏)，顿时好难受，小虫依旧蹦出，后来换了楼层较矮的房间，景色不如高处迷人，但好过有虫。并不是所有床有虫，但是代理管理对于床垫的老旧失察，影响了品质，那么好的外表。

离海滨浴场确实很近，就是一个小区的公寓，没有什么服务，卫生条件一般，房间内连个小桌子都没有，吃东西非常不方便！

离海边很近，走着五分钟到沙滩，房间全海景房，躺在床上就能看到沙滩和海洋，欣赏日落美景。建议，小床再升级一下，床垫比较硬。
