前台小姚的服务很好，能设身处地的为客人着想服务，酒店有这样的好员工真的是该给予奖励，我大大小小的酒店都住过，春竹不错，下次来威海还会选择住这里

Good value hotel, convenient and easy to move around. Breakfast is good. Room is spacious but water pressure in the shower is not good, especially the hot and cold water is not regulated efficiently. Special thanks to the hotel Assistant General Manager, who is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

很好的一家酒店，性价比超高，值得推荐！酒店早餐很好，服务也很贴心，服务员看到我喝水比较多，特意多放了四瓶水，还留了温馨提示的字条，另外酒店送的水果里的花生很好吃，也给我多了一份。
