国庆假期房间太火，提前预定两套望海名居的loft正好适合两个家庭入住，结果入住当天被告知只剩一套loft，另外一家被安排在几公里之外的韩乐坊店，还是换了两套大床房，韩乐坊的房间很差很差，价格还一样，一起出行的大部队被分散开。这点对点家不满意，希望店家要如实确认房间！
