设施老旧，插头永远插不上，插头全是松的没有一个能插上的。洗澡的地方太不卫生看着让人没有洗澡的欲望。最关键的是楼上一直在装修，住在这里简直如在施工现场，早上七点多自带叫醒根本不用闹钟。而且入住前也没告诉顾客有装修，而且明明楼上有很多空房噪音能小点，但因为是新装修的不想让住，所以直接就让住在装修层的楼下。好客山东，酒店就是这么服务的，起的名挺大，东方大酒店，不敢再来，还不如住如家呢。好客山东在央视投入那么多钱做广告，不如把服务切切实实的搞上去。

地理位置很好，去海边和刘公岛很方便。周边有威高广场，吃的，买的都很方便。房间很大，服务很好。下次还会来。
