酒店位置很好，离浴场隔条马路，就是车不能直接开到楼下，提着行李要么爬楼梯，要么走一段石子路才能到楼下，公寓里有住家，有其他酒店，他们家的入住在一楼，却没有任何标识，一个服务员坐在一堆旅游广告里，害我们以为是旅行社的台子，完美的错过了。一点钟入住，订的两间房，被告知只有一间房打扫出来，另一间要等待打扫，结果三点钟才给打扫出来！期间我们打电话，跑前台催了三四次，隔壁的那间房门大开着，完全没人打扫，最后一次终于来人了，还说是店长亲自给打扫！我管你是谁！你们对客人就这种态度！一家子老的老，小的小，大老远过来就被那样晾着！
