朋友推荐的第一次入住。感觉非常不错。下车的时候有礼宾 帮忙拿行李。办完入住到房间，发现
背包不见了。发现忘在出租车上，联系礼宾帮忙查出租车，通过半个小时左右。礼宾打电话告诉我，背包在出租车上稍后会给我送过来。很感谢酒店礼宾，那么用心帮我找回失而复得的背包。朋友推荐的酒店真的很不错，总会给你意想不到的满意和惊喜。以后无论是来威海出差或旅游，都值得入住。

早餐口味不错，服务很好，大堂经理服务超热情，酒店就在海边适合家庭旅游，距离沙滩特别近，增加了海边门禁刷卡出入，为客人的安全提供了保障，拍了一些照片和视频供大家欣赏

酒店设施跟本不到五星，和快捷酒店差不多、房间空间小、五星酒店的卫生间居然干湿不分、一个人站里面刚刚够转身、淋浴是在浴缸上面、幸亏我还不算老、要是老年人入住估计洗个澡都困难、需要爬上半米高的浴缸里面才能够洗澡😓、酒店的配套设施太差！早餐也达不到五星酒店水准、差很远！酒店服务我给打个四星（是为了表扬一下餐厅的服务员、早餐时候看到我身体不舒服、主动给到了一杯水送过来并且给盛了粥、嘱咐说不要吃太油腻的食物）感谢这位服务人员！
