酒店伪五星！房间面积够大，但是设施老旧，马桶是坏了。卧具实在不敢恭维，床垫硬、被褥枕头基本是快捷酒店的水准。电梯刷卡功能按键控制是假的可笑吧，请问一下这是什么级别的五星酒店！

这是我住过最烂的五星级酒店，房间陈旧，垃圾桶生锈，经理不错，给升级了一间还好一点的海景房，习惯五星好评了，但是真的很失望。
