还不错的酒店，挺干净的，酒店下午会送点心水果。早餐比较一般，住宿基本就带两份早餐。性价比不错的地方。就是不太适合打车或者坐公交，位置偏了点，自己开车的话无所谓了。

酒店还不错，前台服务水平太差，对于查不到的预定，不积极查找核对，对着客人出洋相，希望领导能够重视，重点是到西霞口的距离上做假，明明距离60公里，显示距离6公里，害人不浅，让我们3辆车12口人，从汤泊温泉辗转找到后，第二天再原路返回大半路程到西霞口，明明可以住威海市区，差！

服务员态度不错！还送了礼物??但是，服务员尊重意识不够，我们还在房间里，服务员来送水果，敲门后还没等我们应答，就自认为屋里没人，自顾自的进来了！
