该酒店入住体验极差：1.服务低劣。前台女服务员爱搭不理，楼层打扫卫生的态度十分恶劣。2.卫生状况极差。房间枕套、毛巾均有头发，楼层阿姨说机器洗不掉头发，没办法。烧水壶里留着上位客人用剩的水，塑料拖鞋散乱地扔在一起。大垃圾箱经过客梯运送，电梯味道十分难闻。3.房间设施差。房间十分小设施很旧，隔壁说话声清晰可辨，无隔音可言。这样的酒店艺龙居然按三星标准推荐，会考虑起诉艺龙虚假宣传，欺骗消费者。

服务态度非常好，第二天退房拿着发票就走了，竟然忘记退款了，回到家看到包里有个押金条才想起来，打电话问店家，店家说保存好押金条一个月之内都可以回来退款。心里暖暖的！😊😊
