设施过于陈旧，洗澡的时候，冷水跟不上，喷头出水压力很小，洗澡费劲。有些灯具需要修缮。卫生条件一般般。宾馆没有自己的停车场，停车不是很方便。唯一好的就是地处商业街，周边购物吃饭比较方便。
