订的商务大床房288元，给了房卡后进房间结果卫生间挂着内裤和袜子，不知道怎么回事，然后给换的标间，标间的价格是188，服务人员竟然说就一个晚上就这样住吧，没有商务大床了，再给我一个早餐券作为补偿，我告诉他我支付了288然后住188，没同意，后来没办法我给携程联系后，携程超级给力，帮我解决乐这个问题，再次感谢

垃圾，第一间房间空调坏，睡一半冻醒了，衣柜里居然有蜘蛛网。换房间后，冲澡的地方挂淋头的挂把断的，一直用手拿着。前台服务态度不好。最经典的是含早餐，说是7点开始，准时下去后，什么也没有，15分钟后端上了一人一盘吃的，饭菜质量和要饭的差不多。差评中的差评。
