期望太高，失望也多，五星级的大堂，三星半的房间，一进电梯，仿佛进了另一个酒店，房间淋浴的喷头坏了，水直喷天花板，这样的房间怎么能安排入住？安排更换一个房间，服务生也不问需不需要帮忙搬点东西，即使客人也不需要，进了新房间，重新开暖气，这些不便，没有一句酒店的抱歉，早餐品种不少，但咖啡难喝的像中药，我怀疑加错了原料。退房速度很快，值得称赞。
