  服务环境设施都非常好，楼上有西餐厅，六楼有自助，打开窗帘可以看到刘公岛和幸福门，不出门也可以完全在酒店里宅一天，通过这家店爱上了百纳瑞汀，下一站要去烟台打卡百纳瑞汀。

  房间住的很舒适 服务真的超级超级超级好 第一次住酒店有这么好的服务 前台一位冯美娟女士得服务也是超级好 从酒店保安到前台到每一位服务人员的态度都很好 一次非常愉快的住宿体验

  酒店服务很好，有问题前台小姐姐都会及时响应，机器人没空的时候前台小哥会把外卖送到门口，上下车大厅保安小王哥都会帮忙拿行李。 房间里的宋朝无火香薰香香的，被子很软。 对于旅行者来讲地理位置很好，出门过马路就是威高广场、海边足球场，步行十几分钟可以到幸福门广场，楼下还挨着华联超市。

  房间乾净衞生，上午在有房的情况下马上就给办入住了，还给升级了房间，前台和礼宾服务都超级棒，点名表扬宾客关系部的Sunny和保安小王，体验感非常好，就是没入住之前给酒店打过一次电话，感觉总机的服务人员对客态度挺让人不舒服的，不知道是不是那天她有什么不顺心的事情説话还挺呛的，但还是对这家酒店的服务表示肯定，总结一下，选择百纳还是很不错的！！

  酒店的位置很好，周围有多家大型商场和超市，购物吃饭方便。停车场是公用停车场，车位多白天车辆多，车场保安很尽责。酒店给安排了高楼层，可以看到刘公岛。早餐种类多。订房含的下午茶在顶层餐厅，观景很不错。
