  这里的服务让我很不满意，是我在elong遇到的几乎最差的地方。一开始打电话询问地点时，接电话的服务人员总是敷衍我，我找了半个小时才找到。前台的服务态度很不专业，订了的大床间，结果里面网线坏了，前台说如果要上网就换成标间，难道让我和我爱人睡两张床么？洗漱用具的包装袋都有些发黄，这样的地方着实不该出现在elong.
