酒店看起来很大，离哈工大比较近，步行即可到达。但设施比较陈旧，不提供一次性用品，无wifi，早餐不是自助。

酒店离哈工大很近，外观看起来还可以，一一入住总觉得被骗感觉，墙壁墙纸很破，卫生间也沒有淋浴房，毛巾很旧，卫生不怎么干净，所谓商务酒店只桕当于普通交待所，一点也不值348元，走道白天光线非常暗，感觉阴沉沉的，前台服务小妹太度恶劣，冼刷用品每人还要另交2元。以后再也不敢入住了。
