办理入住时遇到大麻烦，前台检索不到我。打携程客服得知被携程转到一个旅行社，由旅行社订的。非要我告诉他旅行社的名字。我又查旅行社，半个小时才搞定。而且前台告诉我，这个旅行社太黑了，卖给我是188，其实在酒店直接办入住才178。这次对携程太失望了。

亲子游去少华山，回来住这个酒店，在路边交通方便而且很安静，感觉很不错!但早餐的品种稍微少了些，比较单调!总得来说还是不错的!

一进门就一个前台头都不抬告诉我网站预订不给早餐不给发票，进房子门是锁那里是坏的，装修过的屋顶有蜘蛛网，连水都是明码标价，现在矿泉水都不去标配吗？唉。真心无语??
