服务差的很，环境，卫生，等等差的不得了，建议不要住这家，电视没网，电脑坏的，两个灯一个不亮的，这店房间还是爆满，佩服

这个七天就不是连锁的七天。。进房间，插房卡的插槽直接掉地上了；洗手间的开关没有防水防潮盖子，维修大爷说是出事了酒店负责任，还说我挑三拣四；发现房间还有飞虫，，要求退房，人家不退，最后换了一间，勉强住了一晚。第二天退房时说少了一瓶红牛，剩下一瓶了，关键我没有喝也没有拿。我要求叫管事的出来，只要能说明我进房间时是两瓶我就认账了。服务员还挺委屈，最后没收红牛的费。最关键的是我从楼下上来，服务员把床单拉平就把床收拾好了。神呀，就没换床单、我就问他们我昨晚进来时床单是否没换？服务员不承认。住不住，你看着办，这只是我的真实体验。
