单身间不能洗澡的，换了100的大床房热水器也是坏的，还是不能洗！很脏，地砖上黑乎乎的，还有头发！

服务员态度很好，充电器忘了都给我了，谢谢！
房间卫生一般，马桶是坏的，冲不了水，床单也不太干净！没有洗澡间，甚至没有热水，
再建议附上几个衣架就更好了，所以总体来说不是怎么满意，下次不会再来这样的房间，
希望酒店有所改进！！！

很差，酒店方面的硬件，服务质量等。再加上携程方面和酒店方面沟通不畅。造成此次销售体验很不舒服。酒店如此，携程的方面的服务质量也下降了。
