很好，很到位，不过希望管理能再严格点，我入住时，之前客人消费的商品，你们未及时补充，在我退房时，算到我头上，我又着急赶车，跟着你们上下来回跑，还要焦急等待，真是浪费不少时间，并且我心里也不能接受

新酒店，前台服务挺热情，但业务不熟，酒店硬件设施还算温馨，但离四星标准还差不少，软实力更是需要加油，毕竟是家乡的酒店，加油！

环境不错，客房服务质量也好。就是前台工作人员太死板，不到12点就打电话问退还是续住，给她说等下在决定，她说：让给她个准确话到底是退还是续住，把人听的无语很，心情也就不舒畅了，她依然说她一会还会来电话的，根幽灵一样
