  这次带家里长者、爱人还有刚出生不久的小宝宝出行，特意选了这家酒店，入住体验直接拉满！酒店整体环境特别好，乾净整洁又静谧，房间空间宽敞，软装布置很贴心，宝宝的小推车摆放、长者休息都很方便，完全不用担心拥挤局促。 最惊喜的是酒店的配套设施，泳池水质清澈，换水很及时，我忙完后抽空去游了一会儿，特别解压；健身房设备齐全，器械老化度低，操作也简单，家里长者每天都去锻链一会儿，説是住着一点都不无聊。 必须重点夸一夸前台小刘！办理入住时主动热情，得知我们带着婴儿和长者，特意优先办理手续，还耐心告知房间周边的便民设施、电梯位置，甚至贴心提醒泳池和健身房的开放时间、注意事项，全程温柔又周到，细节处尽显专业。 全程入住无任何槽点，不管是家庭出行还是独自出行，都特别推荐！下次再来还选这家，也特别感谢小刘的贴心服务～

  入住没有拖鞋，给前台打了两个电话客房送个拖鞋送了将近一个小时，冰箱也是坏的冰杯放进去没有一点制冷效果都化了。 而且有些房间的灯控也是坏的根本用不了。 酒店存在很大的管理问题外卖都送到了酒店人员送送了半个小时？外卖员都没有送半个小时酒店人员从门口到房间送了半个小时。送上来已经冷了。 而且酒店人员一副看不起人的感觉颜色看不起人一直看。（本质问题） 下午茶还不如不送一坨不新鲜的东西拿出来送，服务人员一直玩手机??

  房间比较新，面积也很大，还有浴缸，房间入住体验整体还行，要説不足之处，就是还需要按金和签字，这个有点跟不上了时代，再就是早餐品种有点少。

  渭南最好的酒店了，设施都很新，停车方便，房间宽敞，乾净整洁。 早餐种类丰富，特别是游泳池很乾净，服务不错。
